WTF was that all about? We'd been blasted 2 weeks in a row and special teams pretty much buried us against VT, so Al has the boys working hard all week on some stunty BS that they aren't even going to stay in?

Just kick the ******* XP Man! Why are we wasting time and human resources in practice on crap like that when the defense is getting its **** pushed in week in week out in the ACC?....again

Thats some serious corching and Al is the special teams coach. I know he wants people to think they actually do something other than recruit and work on collaborating their excuses but that was the dumbest thing I've ever seen and when you are losing to Duke, I don't have a whole lot of patience for you trying out the wonky formations you thought of on the toilet the night before the game and figured you should gameplan in, just so people see how smart you are.

Lot of corching going on lately and it makes no ******* sense to me.

UNC ran out that formation against us last year, we weren't ready, and they got a 2 point conversion out of it. That's why we were down 18-14 and not 17-14 and why when Williams drove us down the field we couldn't kick a FG to tie on 4th down. I'm not defending it, just saying Al is probably thinking some team is going to be as incompetent as we were last year and not be ready for it and we'll get an easy 2.

Have no issue with it but the time we do have needs to be spent improving our defense not XP formations.

We can't tackle but we can line up in dumb **** extra point formations. Brick by brick.

To me it looks like some gimmicky bull**** that someone like Texas Tech or UConn would do, just line up and kick the **** ball

Unless you're playing a poorly coached team it's really a waste of time. Having said that maybe it'd work this week, but even still I don't want to see it.

It's been around for eighty years. If the defense isn't lined up correctly and we get an extra point out of it, go for it.

Its called muddle huddle. **** we ran it in middle school. You don't even practice the ****.

If they don't line up right, you can throw it to a upback behind a bunch, he can run it in. If you throw, you usually have a fade on the outside and a drag to the goalpost on the back side.

Also, the qb can run the **** in. If a team doesn't prepare for it, its an easy 2.

It takes about 10 minutes to practice it.
