Apparently Haslewood has family that went to OU which is why they are in the top 4 along with Us, UGA, and AU

think it was his dad who actually went to OU, and I think he still has family/cousins in Oklahoma. Honestly, the way they throw it around, great young, up and comer head coach, I personally think OU poses more of a threat than Auburn. Only thing good about OU being considered is they already have two 5* and one 4* WR commits. Not that Haselwood is shy of any competition but anyone would look at that and question maybe a little

And does he want to live in Norman, Ok?

I think that's why Miami is so appealing- you get the lifestyle and the football.

Yessir. He's gonna go from living in Atl to Norman Oklahoma? I posted this in another thread..

There are more people in the city of Miami than in all of Lee COUNTY Alabama (Auburn), Clarke County Georgia (UGA) or Cleveland County Oklahoma (OU). There are more people in Miami-Dade than all those counties COMBINED.

This quote keeps popping up as well.. "Haselwood is drawn to UM because he likes the area". It came from his coach and I've seen something similar posted by a few 247 writers.

No matter what their fans believe, college towns are not the same as major cities. IF he wants to live in a major city, its a wrap. Lets just hope thats the case!
