This. And even then, Calipari at Kentucky has had three different "greatest teams of all time", and only one championship to show for it.

Duke, for all of their great one and dones, won once on the strength of freshmen, and only after Kentucky choked out.

Now, they both go deep in the tournament pretty much every year, but at those schools you are judged on winning it all, full stop.
