He's a horse. Hallandale hit that kid all night long and he got stronger as the game went on. That's the hardest he's ever had to work for 2 td's. He's a big back with amazing change of direction. He's legit 205 and will be a 220 lb. back in college. He's a must get for sure.

Stud. Saw highlights of the game on sfhighschoolsports and Hallandale was playing with 9-10 guys in the box just to try to stop him.

TEN!

We need to keep him

With the year FSU is having i think he ends up there and abuses us. Where theres smoke theres fire and our early cpmmitts always spurn us.

How many RB's from FSU end up doing anything in the NFL??? I really think that if Golden sells the program (his and Miami's history), he will stay. He shares time with Duke for 2 years and has one or two more with us becomes a stud and makes it to the NFL. I mean even over the last 7-10 miserable years we've had, we still are putting RB's in the NFL.

Rich history and lots of playing time... I think he sticks!

Alot of fsu top kids will get tp the league. Kids dont care they want to win and they want thr most love from a coach.

I don't doubt that FSU is definitely on the way back (faster than us) and lots of guys are NFL talent but, they've never historically been a team where Alex would be the main focus/feature back. That being said, If Collins is all about going to a winning program, then sure! He's as good as gone! But, you gotta believe a lot of these RB's are looking to be that #1 guy and reality is that if Collins is the real deal, he has a much better chance at doing it at Miami.

I would guess 70% Miami...

I think Alex Collins to FSU holds as much weight as Bain to UM did.

It's not over, but I get a hunch that we keep him. Golden and Terry Richardson comes in, Lamar is a 1,000 yrd. rusher. Then look at the burn that Duke has been able to get in just three games.

I don't understand your problem with Collins! When we were on probation and not doing well, how did Butch assemble to best college team of all time? He was a great salesman/recruiter and the rest is history. Just because fsu is having a possible good year, it doesn't mean that everyone will flock to them. Have a little faith baby.

Need to win these battles. We've finished 2nd for to many guys over the years and had to settle for lesser talent. This is a huge class for Golden to round out the work he did last year.

Collins starting in the backfield with Duke roaming the flats will be like Bush and White at USC, sick combo with each feeding off the attention each other gets from opposing Ds
