Franklin didn't get an offer????

Now ESPN is reporting that James Franklin has not been offered by Penn State. What a clusterfukk this has turned into. I am just going to stay tuned into CIS and wait for an official announcement. Everything else seems to be bull****.

- As we noted, Penn State made a hefty counter offer to Franklin. With that said, it's probably about as high as the Nittany Lions will go. I'm told that if things can't be worked out with Franklin for whatever reason, Penn State will move on and make an offer on Friday to Al Golden.
