Peter.....as I look at this team its clear to me that we could really use a physical reciever to make those tough catches in traffic across the middle because that is something our offense is sorely missing. We also use a taller reciever that can go up and get the ball. Was is the talk around UM about the two redshirt recievers D'Maurice Jones and Jontavious Carter? How is there development coming and what can we expect from these two nxt year?

These two are still a couple years away from being impact players IMO. They looked raw in August, which is not a surprise. They both need to add weight and I expect them to do so with their frames. I don't see them as receivers who will be threats across the middle, but deep threats as you mentioned.

The receiver to watch for next year will be Angelo Jean-Louis, who will be here in January from Prep school. He has all the makings of an elite receiver and is physically ready to play right now. He would have been in the rotation no doubt in my mind this year.

Our WR, much like our team are wildly inconsistant. They look really good at times but then have those unnecessary drops.

Really looking forward to AJL.
