Wanted to ask will we be getting Flash Forward vids this year? Love those things but seems we can never get the whole season. If Stat cant do them maybe CIS can pickup the ball and run with it because those videos are awesome and appreciated.

Also here is video to all Stephen Morris Throws, Some things I noticed. Alot of the early passes to Hurns on screens, were checks by Morris out of Packaged plays (plays where both run and pass are possible.) If you notice the oline and RB they are expecting to run a pass play but Morris decides he has numbers and throws to Hurns.

Also I hope we cut down on the musical chairs at Oline. I understand having depth but seems we just moved Mongo around from RT, LG, LT. Not sure how that makes us better. Also Bunche seemed to struggle some and almost go Morris killed on that Pick wheel route play. Also saw Flowers reaching alot with the pass rushers from FAU. Wonder how he will do against UF. With the way he locked up LT I want to see him dominating guys.

Thanks for the vid. I totally second you on the flash forwards! Those were awesome.

Maybe it was the faster pace of real game action, but I'd like to see Stephen trust the pocket and go through his progressions more. He tends to get happy feet, which throws off his footwork (and accuracy). Coley's playcalling wasn't really helping either. Use the middle of the field to occupy the safetys to get our receivers isolated. Also, I'd like to see more formation combinations, motions. We seemed to work primarily out of the I-formation and 3 WR shotgun set.

I noticed Flowers reaching too. Dude needs to play with a flat back, or Florida's rush ends are going to swim right past him all night. Also his missed cut block (4:30) flustered Morris on that pick.

Wow Morris played bad, but **** the receivers for the most part were not getting open

on drops alone Morris should have another 120 or so yards and 2 more tds.. also, him and dorsett need to get on the same page

I have time to do the flashforwards and highlight videos, if somebody can show me how to do it or what equipment to buy. i used to vhs record the games, but since HD & the internet came around i dont know how its done. like i said, i have the free time, and can do cut up of the offense, defense, 3rd & long situations, etc. and WANT to do it, but don;t know how. i imagine this isnt simple since we only have one guy on the board that does it. but im willing to volunteer and do it if some one can somehow show me through instructins and equipment. i also have the money to but whatever is needed

Look at the tape again, the OLine really sucked. Very porous! Little protection with a 4 man rush. Morris had no more 3 or maybe 4 seconds max (on a few plays) to deliver, not decide, deliver or get sacked! The plays can not fully develop that fast, hence, a lot of guessing where the WR will be...

Miami is going to have to hold back the TE to block during the UF game.

This senior OL better gets its *** together!

I noticed Seantrel stonewalling guys on every play except that tipped screen pass. He's just strong and massive, with exceptional footwork. If the gators ends can get by Seantrel, I will give them serious kudos. Don't think it will happen. Powell gets to hone his technique against undersized, yeah I said undersized, offensive tackles who look like they have just very average footwork. Now he has gets to face a 340 lb brick wall that seems to have no problem sliding against speed rushers.
Feliciano at rt seems to like to go low instead of standing his ground. Seems like he is more natural at the guard position.
Flowers did not have a good game. He might be one of the linemen Golden mentioned as forgetting their technique.

Taken as a whole they looked real good pass blocking, and aside from a few fuuckups on short yardage looked good run blocking.

Gonna be nice seeing them pound a talented but undersized gator front 7.

Overall not a huge fan of the quick throws outside but I think they would be more effective to Waters or Coley than to Hurns.

I thought that they ran a very basic offense. Nothing too crazy with a few big shots here and there.

I know it's not the mentality you want to have but it almost as if this was treated like a scrimmage vs another team. We all saw how Kstate, Usf, oregon state, Iowa state and uconn all faired with that thought process, but that's what I took it as. Especially since we played a lot of guys and pulled the starters midway through the 3rd.

I think we will have a very solid gameplan come Saturday and Morris knows is is the kind of game that will get him $$$$$ in the NFL. I feel good about our chances as long as our offense can put points on the board and the D can limit big plays and get stops

BUnche looks like a weak linkat Guard Keep Feliciano there and put Seantrel at RT stop bull****ting around Golden!!

The OL did a lot of cut blocking in that game and for the most part we struggled doing it. We almost got Morris kiled on a couple of plays where we cut and barely touched the defender. Needs to be killed asap.

Bunche struggles as it is, but when he has to turn around and then tap the center he just can't get into position. Flowers plays better when Feliciano is next to him.

The screen pass INT was bad execution all around. The other was just a bad throw from Morris. The tipped pass that Morris catches is just a great play by the defense.

I sincerely hope this is just the vanilla offense bc it looks to me like Coleys's route trees don't do anything to create mismatches and separation. Dinking and dunking sucks, and Morris doesn't seem comfortable with it.

it's really a shame we can't see these guys in year three if Fisch's offense. Learning a new system always holds back potential.

Him and Dorsett were off all night.

Two drops by Coley were both TDs. (Would've been 48-6).

It wasn't Morris's best game, he definitely needs to fine tune some things.

I am confident in saying that he will play significantly better against UF.

You do know he threw 1 int not 2.
On his ONLY interception, it looked like Dorsett was just sitting down in the zone then broke out when Morris expected him to break to the inside.
Bad play all the way around.
Add in those 2 drops and he is looking at 230+ yards 3 td's 1 int.
I know drops are part of football. They happen in every game, but there are drops like the FAU receivers drop when our guy was all over him raking his arms, and then there are the 2 drops by us on Friday, which are really drops.
Even the one in the end zone was bouncing out before he was hit.
1st game jitters, no show game plan, 1/2 to 3/4 speed scrimmage is what it looked like for our offense.
End of training camp scrimmage, which we won decidedly on both sides of the ball.

I'm going with its basic as **** for this game. I also think we did the cut blocks to give UF something else to look at. Our best Oline will be out there for UF game. Golden probably was just getting guys reps incase of an emergency. This will be the game where we see what Coley really wants our O to look like. I would fully expect us to use the middle of the field more then anything and expect a lot of screens to slow down their DE's rushing straight up field at Morris.

It's funny that it's taken a lot of people this long to realize Bunche is a liability at any position

The only times I saw Feliciano at tackle was when Flowers or Henderson checked themselves out of the game due to getting nicked up.

What am I missing?

Uh, what? 3 or 4 seconds is a lifetime.

Morris needs to play with more poise and show the defense a few times a game that he is willing to take off and beat them with his legs. He took off against FAU with a run up the middle and picked up 16 yards. Slow the pass rush down by making them pay for their aggression.
