Agreed, they played well overall considering it was their first game, and it was an ACC conference game on national t.v. They were thrown right into the fire. One correction, Finnie played last year.

I don't know about anyone else, but I think Finnie has a chance to lock down a starting job. He had good coverage for most of the game. I like his speed and attitude.......

Scott played some WR last year. He had a devastating block on a UNC safety the the kid still feels. Finnie also played on defense last year.

I said in another thread but thought Howard struggle a bit vs BC but that's not unexpected for a young guy in his 1st game. I expect him to be better going forward.

Deon crack backed a lineman on gunters return and hit the qb hard a couple times.. Clements could have easily taken out a combined 3 ACL's when he dove at the knees of 3 ppl including bush.. Great hit tho
