I'm not gonna waste time and ***** about him cause the best we can hope for is a defensive staff overhaul but he doesn't look like the guy. This is he worst defensive unit I've ever seen Right now since ACC play these ****ers are actually worse that last year. Al and his soft *** defensive philosophy makes me sick.
 
We may never be back. 10 plus years and now 3 coaches. Get used to 7 to 8 win seasons and ****** bowl games. My body is ready.

The guy wants to be a HC badly. He will take the job. He will make our D great and will recruit great. Players in the NFL love the Ryan brothers, I have no reason to believe they can't recruit. I know sure as the can play aggressive D and I know they can coach Defense.

He is a DC and the Ryans have coach in CFB before. He wants to prove that he is an NFL coach, he can come here and use it as a stepping stone.

He's a DC for one of the best teams in the league. The Saints D was arguably the worst in history and the following year, Rob is hired an turns them into one of the best. This is great for his résumé which he'll likely land a NFL HC job soon enough. No way, he takes a step back to college.

27 years since I was a frosh at the OBowl, and these last three weeks on D are the worst I've ever seen
Even the worst losses under butch, you saw stars in the making a scheme that was going to exploit the southern Florida defensive players
Coker couldnt coach or recruit, randy just continued that, golden may be cut from the same mold

He has been doing that for awhile. Look at what he did with the ****** browns against Tom Brady a couple years ago. GM's don't like the Ryan brother because they are loud and ****y as ****.

I'd love to have a loud and ****y coach at UM....

Especially if they back that attitude up with wins.....
