Miami 2017 defensive end commitment D.J. Johnson is a name that fans have come to learn very quickly. A top-10 ranked player at his position, Johnson flashes all of the physical tools on tape to blossom into a star at Miami -- especially if the progression we've seen in the Canes' defensive line holds true.

It's crazy how a kid all the way from Sac-town California loves Miami even more than some kids in our own backyard...

I'm glad he's on board, he'll be an Elite first team All-ACC Defensive lineman from the day he sets foot on campus... Imo, easily the 2nd best player in #Squad17 behind Donaldson.

No. He is supposedly 240. He will end up at about 265-270.
