Did anyone see Figs on the field? I noticed we even had Fentress running at LB for a series???? Did i miss an injury report? What gives

triple option is so much about assignments...don't think they wanted to give that to him and preferred the upperclassmen that've seen the triple option for years already
 
Nuclear reactor leak, didn't want anyone to get contaminated. It's sealed and he's good to go for UNC.

Armbrister is more disciplined in his assignments which is why he probably played more than usual.

Armbrister didn't play much either. Starting LBs were Perryman-Gaines-Cornelius, those 3 played the most by far. Fentress did play some OLB.

Golden said in his interview today that he wanted fast guys and guys who had knowledge vs this offense. Golden said Cornelius has started 3 straight years vs GTEch.
 
Figs is a freshman, and Al Golden doesnt like to play Freshman against the triple option

Fentress was out there for at least one series, and he made the tackle on all three downs, and then the next punt - dude is a minor Marley.
 
They wanted quicker guys like Fentress and Cornelius to play the option.
