With us having a new OC what are the thoughts on how much Coley shows formation/personnel wise pending everything goes according to plan vs FAU?

I'm pretty sure he will show nothing important at FAU, unless they want to throw in some trick plays on ST's just to make UF prepare for them.

not a bad topic of discussion.

i think we keep it extremely vanilla. assuming as we can trump FAU with pure talent/athleticism, we won't be doing anything crazy on that side of the ball.

granted, UF won't be showing their true colors either (although we can obviously study tape from last season to have an idea of what they do since they've had Pease for a full season now).

Miami isnt in a position to keep it vanilla. They need to play the games full throttle on borh sides of the ball and let the other teams figure it out.

I kind of like the idea of throwing alot out there actually. Let UF's coordinators overanalyze. I'd tend to say do a lot of things we would never do against UF.
i really think we beat those fools. Even though they had a great record, they were so beatable. Teddy B showed them what somebody who can sling it can do to that team. They almost lost to a regional Louisiana school for christ sakes. At home, late in the year.

get the FAU game over with as fast as we can. I dont care what we do I just dont want any injuries

Probably see a lot of different formations but not much in actual play design. If we do anything significant it probably won't be used against UF (ie wildcat with Dallas).
