Fans deserve to know the truth

Whose idea was it for Cam to play, but only play one half. This leaves us fans with more questions than answers.

Was this because Cam wanted the record or because Mario wanted to see what he had in Emory.

As fans we spend lots of money to travel and attend games.

Saw lots of “fans” leave in the 3rd/early 4th even when we were winning and running the ball down their throats.

I questioned why but the answer is obvious, they came to see Cam Ward play his last game.

You can’t talk about how important it is getting the W and how you must finish the “job” when asked pre-game, only to pull this and then come out and say you are keeping everything that was discussed private.

If you wanted the W you play Ward for the last drive at the very least.

This season was a disappointment. That’s the only way I can describe it. It’s just so disappointing man.

Can you imagine how empty that stadium would have been if cam announced he wasn't playing? would have been a ghost town

“Fans deserve to know the truth”. No we don’t. But if you think this was anyone else’s but Cam’s idea, I feel sorry for you. No way any HC willingly pulls his only chance to win a game from the actual game. 11-2 is WAY better than 10-3 and a bowl loss.

Could you imagine had all those fans know he was only playing a half and on top of that, that was the plan. Gtfo. I would ask for my money back.

And imo they shouldn't be playing tonight. In the 1Q Did you see the way Shedeur & Travis both got blasted back to back?? And SS2 has been getting beat up all night. That's why I'm glad Cam only played a half. Of course we all wanted to win the bowl game, but i would've been absolutely sick if one of our top draftees had gotten injured. Miami would not have heard the end of it in the media.

Cam spotted us 31 points and the lead but our sucky D & QB2 couldn't seal the deal. It is what it is. Now we know exactly what we're dealing with & what work needs to be done heading into 2025.
