This morning someone posted a fake tweet purporting to be from Tim Reynolds of the AP regarding a new stadium.

Impersonating a media member is not permitted on CanesInSight and will result in banning. Even if it's meant as a joke, it can damage the credibility that journalists fight hard to earn.

Thanks.

I wholeheartedly agree with you.

Journalists are quite capable of destroying their credibility on their own.

D$, can you get one of those media members to ask AG if he and the team saw the banner? Merci!

It's @byTimReynolds, not @TimReynolds for whoever is running the twitter.

Also, you might as well throw in "it's rubbish" on the first tweet attempting to mention him. It's so close.

Good point Dmoney. This site has become very popular and is now the number 1 Canes forum on the internet. Let's keep this thing growing in a positive way and not risk our reputation by doing stupid things like this.

In fact, I think it was Tim Reynolds who said it best when he stated: "I need a belt around my neck to achieve ******, and Al Golden is going to USC after this season."

Agreed. Chip doesn't put on that bow tie every morning so that you *** hats can ruin his months worth of credibility with one fraudulent tweet

Its like if some website changed to a .co address after months of having a .com address and then switched back months later, credibility destroyed

disingenuous post, you know you would like the traffic that would bring in.
