Lemme get this straight......

A convicted felon says he paid multiple players and shows up with a couple receipts from Benihana and some photos and 2 years later the NCAA can't decide what to do with us.

On the other hand....

3 autograph brokers admit to paying him and have video of him signing 100's of items and he gets a 1/2 game suspension.

I would file a lawsuit against the NCAA today for violation of the equal protection clause and anti trust laws. What a f##king joke.

I wonder if those brokers were allowed to tell their story twice? I guess not.
Did the NCAA hire the brokers' lawyers? Just curious.
Is Emmert a douche? Yes.

There was a story not long ago where employees quit the NCAA and one of the reasons why is because Emmert targets certain coaches and programs...

They have to create bad guys so as to deflect from their own corrupt worthlessness.....

True canesman...hypocrisy bold and unforgiving. Have no doubt though that our attorneys see what we all see, and if it becomes necessary for us to further defend ourselves then our attorneys will consider using this ruling against the ncaa to demonstrate their blatant double standard and favoritism toward the SEC generally and TAM specifically. I'm hoping of course that we will get time served and that the ncaa will be publicly humiliated, collapse, and die under the weight of its own malfeasance.

First, let me say that it's an absolute joke of a punishment they gave him and they would have been better off just saying they couldnt prove it and not suspending him at all. This punishment is like being a little bit pregnant.

That out of the way; you are missing/selecting picking what to bring up here.

"A convicted felon says he paid multiple players and shows up with a couple receipts from Benihana and some photos and 2 years later the NCAA can't decide what to do with us."

Shapiro might be a convicted felon, but he has at least some proof.

"3 autograph brokers admit to paying him and have video of him signing 100's of items and he gets a 1/2 game suspension."

Again, the suspension is a joke, but 3 autograph brokers admitted to reporters, not the NCAA, that they paid him. The video was shown to a reporter, not to the NCAA. The NCAA has no proof even if it is extremely likely. This is what everyone seems to be missing in our investigation.

Did Miami cheat - yes
Does Miami have boosters and former players/recruits that cooperate with NCAA - yes
Does the NCAA have proof that Miami cheated - yes
Did Manziel cheat - almost certainly
Does A&M/Manziel have boosters and autograph sellers that cooperate with NCAA - no
Does the NCAA have proof Manziel cheated - no
Is it bull**** that the NCAA has taken so long on the Miami case - yes
Is it bull**** that the NCAA was able to clear his case up so quickly - yes
Does the NCAA suck - yes, very much so and there are a lot of reasons to hate them, but you are picking on the wrong things.

Another bit of information I noticed from ESPiN is that Tam also hired the same attorneys that assisted Cam Newton with his NCAA "issue"....I smell.....B___SH_T!!!

Remember his "issue" was wrapped up quickly too

straight facial on NCAA

It will never happen, but every conference (except the SEC) should get together and say we are tired of the SEC and NCAA bull****. We're also sick of Espn and the 24 hour SEC slurp-fest they provide. Then proceed to form their own League, governed by a representative of each school in the league. Tell Espn to shove it, and get a monster deal done with the new Fox sports channel. This will cut all three of the crooks out and possibly make things equal. Then TMZ can sign a deal with the SEC to show their games. And in the offseason they can show informative programs like: How to sell your son to the highest bidder, by Mr. Newton, Make 5,000 a week!!, by Mr. Manziel, and my favorite: The top 1% of the 1%, by Urban Meyer.

I'm sure it had something to do with the NCAA selling "'Johnny Football" gear (and many others) on their official website. Still doesn't make it right but the NCAA is the NCAA, and I would kick them all in the teeth if I had the chance.

I'm all for Johnny football getting a slap on the wrist, as long as we get our slap on the wrist too. They have been letting everyone off easy this summer including Oregon & Texas A&M.

I would bet 20 to 1 that Canesman doesn't even know what the 'equal protection clause' is, what it says, or where it may be found! Absurd statement. Please review your seventh grade Civics class notes.

Hey guys at least the SEC allowed the NCAA to save face and hit them w/something. On another note, why did UM not hire the lawyer who worked both the Auburn and Texas AM issue? That law firm has some weight behind it.
