Miami has struggled in recent years with converting players to linebacker from other positions. One player who needs no such transition is Miami Central LB Ezekiel Marcelin. The 6’0, 190-pounder has been a multiyear starter for the Rockets and a key component of their dynasty. He spoke with CanesInSight about his game and recruiting process.

Great field awareness, does a great job spying, can drop or fill, good lateral movement. Love his short area burst. The kid got over 100 tackles, 12 sacks and 20 TFLs just last season. He's clearly productive. And in one highlight play, he caught a QB from behind, so he seems to have some speed. That's what I'd be most interested in. Need to know more about his second gear and if it translates to championship P4 level.
