ok not really a football question but it is about the game tomorrow. how do you all get espn 3 if you have a smart tv? can you just plug the computer in to the tv with an HDMI cable?

If you don't have the app on your TV, just pull up espn3 on your computer and connect it to your TV with an HDMI cable. That's what I did for the SSU game.

I thought it was on espnu? I just plug my hdmi cable from laptop to my tv. Although there's no way to get the 3 feed in hd as far as I know.

There's also PlayOn, which isn't a bad option. You install it on your Laptop/PC, start the program, and make sure you're on wireless signal. You can play ESPN3 via anything (Smart TV, PS3, wireless capable entertainment system, etc) that will pick up PlayOn as a media server on your PC/Laptop over your wireless network.

It's a pay subscription, but I'd rather pay for it than ESPN Gameplan or some other bull****.

I have one of those samsung smart tv's and it doesn't have (and won't let me) add the watch espn app, but you can open the web browser app on the TV, then go to espn3.com and watch stuff that way. It's what I did for the game against savannah state and the picture was pretty good.
