I saw it. They were trying to point out how good Will Howard has been by comparing him to other top performing QBs. They showed the highlight in the loss against Oregon where he goofed and milked the game clock away but then showed him throwing touchdowns and making runs for touchdowns in the Chip Kelly offense.
