In light of this Hkhris Bible noise, what are the chances that Enos, being at Alabama for a year and a half, can use what he learned not only to help out culture and coaches, but to negatively recruit against Bama?

He sees everything from the practices, recruiting strategies, lies they tell recruits, or whatever else one could think of that could hurt Bama.

I hope he teaches this staff how to A) read kids B) typically BS top recruits buy. C) how to really sell top kids to come to Miami. Not the same ole "stay, make the crib great again" cliche.

I agree, he will bring structure and an attitude that losing is not acceptable. I just hope he can recruit. I think he will do good things here. He has the abilities to coach, no doubt about that.

5* OG guy is Justin Rogers 6'4" 314 lbs #1 ranked OG on rivals, #1 in Michigan

4* CB is Enzo Jennings 6' 2" 178 lbs #11 position #3 in Michigan


"Coach Enos is a great guy, great coach. I have a great relationship with him. I'll consider Miami definitely" (from Rogers)

Miami has to win games for him to be effective. Doesn't matter what, or how he sells things, kids won't come here if Manny can't win games.

Manny needs to make quick work of their crap schedule and throw up a Coastal title. Even if it's a temp mirage, it may be enough to get really good talent headed to Miami in bigger numbers.

Why do you think JH decided against Miami? Amongst other things, they offered up no hope of the playoffs.

I think he'll help in terms of having intelligence on how Saban runs things and maybe we can steal a few tricks to help our program get to Bama's level, but I don't think that extends to Enos being the designated "Bama trasher" in recruiting. That's a leap I don't think works.

We dont need to negatively recruit against bama. The kids who that works on will go to UGA or Ohio State.

We need to (a) put a competent product on the field and (b) sell Miami and all the things that make it attractive and always have (locale, history/tradition, attacking style, nfl pipeline, etc.).

I love this. Let's expand our recruiting footprint and show local kids that we want you, but we got other options.

+1. If we win, the recruits will come. And the Transfer Portal should dilute a lot of the competitive advantage previously enjoyed by the large bag schools in the future.

I hope Enos still has some relationships in Detroit. There is a lot of NFL talent there and some kids will want to go to a city in the warm weather.
