I will never forget seeing him at DE at his first practice when Howard told him to get in the offensive huddle at RB. The ball was placed at the 10 yard line 90 yards away. First snap was a handoff to Alonzo he housed it with relative ease. The next voice you heard was Howard screaming "get this man a white jersey" (offense jersey color in practice back then). From that day on the practice field to the #3 overall pick! Set the tone in the locker room as well. GREAT CANE
