am I the only one who thinks Emmert pretty much had nothing to do with this and he was actually for dismissing/settling this case? It came out few days after the "conference" that Emerett pushed for a settlement but 2 key board members did not want to settle.

I am not saying he is a great leader, I am just saying he is nothing more than a mouthpiece of the board members. You can fire him and replace him with a posted note its whatever the board members say that goes.

I don't care if he stays, goes or turns in to a freaking frog. Those "two board members" need to write a letter explaining WHY they believe that the NCAA should have the same ruling power as Syria's Asad?
