Rasta said Anthony “Scoota” Carrie was visited in two weeks on last week's Sebastian Lane. Have to think he's coming that weekend also.

I'm reorganzing the OP to make it easier to follow (split elite recruits into 24 and 25). Added Dakorien Moore. So far, some extremely elite 25 kids are publicly saying they're coming.

The public 24 list seems to be a mix of kids who are fast risers without much publicity trying to earn an offer and some more well-known ones.

Added Boo Carter to the OP and link to the CIS threads for each recruit (if one exists). Links can hopefully help people come up to speed, but the offers are coming fast and furious over the last week so its not easy keeping track of 2024 prospects right now.
