This is a HUGE early enrolled class!

I think this is how it works

2016
19 Signess-5 that early enrolled=14 actual 2016 signess. Which means we can have a maximum of 11 EE's this year. Brian Edwards just transferred to STA so you can mark him off the list STA kids aren't allowed to EE.
 
Edwards just transferred from Miramar to STA? Guess I missed that. That must mean the rumors of Daniel Wright's transfer there getting blocked are true.

But I did see that WR Leroy Henley transferred from Cardinal Gibbons to Deerfield Beach. Teams won't be able to double Jeudy all the time now.

You are close. You can have as many EE's as you want. Your math above is right on as the 11 you mentioned would be the maximum amount we could count towards the previous year. Let's say we sign 22 for 2017. If all 22 are able to enroll early they can. However only 11 would count towards last year's numbers.

That makes much more sense. That'd be a ****** scenario to tell kids they had to wait 5 months to enroll.
