Some love goes out to Eduardo who had a few key, big time runs to spell Dallas. He showed a nice burst on that one first down run.

He really came out there with some attitude.

I think Clements and Crawford really took Portis's words to heart.

I was going to post on him. Did anybody else want to see more like I did. What's his story? Is he still limited and working himself back? 10 yard clips at a time was huge

had one against UF that was called back on a phantom holding call....kid is money, imo. Has had a tough career at the U, but it seems like he makes something happen every time he touches the ball.

I think you will start to see more of him as the year progresses. He came up large last night. I was also impressed with Dallas's conditioning. Anyone who has played running back knows that 3 carries in a row and you start to get gassed. Kid has a great motor.

This. He doesn't get the exposure or opportunities that he should have because of his injuries and our RB depth the last few years.

i know Dallas was playing pretty well but I'm surprised we didn't give it to OT more, he showed good burst in his two carries and both went for over 10 yards

which is why he should touch the ball more often

Whatever it is about him, but our OL seems to do their best blocking when he is in the game. He rarely gets touched until he is well down field.

I believe he is/was still hurt. With duke getting injured and the lack of trust in Gus in a tight game pressed him into service. They needed to rest Crawford for a couple of plays, he was in a lot of the special teams plays on top of being our workhorse. I hope we see more of him but it will probably be at the expense of Gus.
