It makes sense and it would be a good hire for them imo. Don't think Franklin would go there. Maybe Petrino? Otherwise, they are looking at the coordinators, or non BCS HC's

Unless they hire Radio, one more ACC team that is light years ahead of Golden's program.

What he did at USC was great, but he didn't have to take USC through everything for a full season.

He got a shot at being the CEO once...he sucked. USC was smart not to sign him -- they saw what happened when WVU did after its interim coach did well.

I'd give him another chance. It was Ole Miss, which is a harder school to win at.
 
I think someone like Jim Leavitt has a better shot at that job than Orgeron,
as they tend to like coaches with ties to Florida recruiting scene.

Louisville will conduct a professional search and end up with a competent coach.

Amateur hour at da U will include a Chuck Neinas sighting, a baffling search with a random big name that is unrealistic and end with an underwhelming hiring.
