This year after what just happened with Jobe I’m saying no one is safe until they sign. I don’t care who it is even Blades. I’m telling you guys that I was an everyone is coming guy which is not saying much since I’m nowhere near and insider. But now I’m saying that neither tc or ps2 are coming. Bama and fsu are swinging for the fences and dump trucks of bags are coming. Expect visits to come and crystal balls to start flipping.

Thats the game Dabo got into and one Richt never will, even if he could at UM. We worry about DBs (and we should right now), WR, RB, etc...all crucial.....but until we get into the elite trench game on both sides of the ball, its going to be hard to hang with these $$$ printing schools. Norton and McIntosh have turned into quality DTs, but they have been groomed for quite some time....Clem$on, Alabaga, Ohio State, etc. just buy the best every recruiting cycle it seems ******* sucks..

If you commit a few months ago, then there is absolutely zero reason why you shouldn't sign that LOI during the early signing
period.
Otherwise, you weren't being sincere from the beginning and you're also diverting valuable resources and time from coaches
who now have to continue recruiting you instead of chasing other folks.
I don't know how parents allow their kids to do this to be honest.

If you commit to "the school", which is the way it should be, there is absolutely no reason to delay your signing. Some commit to "the head coach" and the logic is, as unsound as can be: You never know what happens in two months. Flawed logic because coaches can leave anytime after February.

Yes, even worse, some players commit to schools' rosters/depth-charts.....never mind that their coach is not going to stop recruiting

You're making stuff up just to argue like a young lady would. No one smart said, "If they don't sign early they're not coming here." What we said is if they don't sign early, then they're not truly committed and are still open to being recruited and flipped.

I guess signing early is the new "taking visits".
If they are still willing to go listen to a sales pitch...there is always the chance the sales pitch works.
