Pretty damning stats. Dude is a fraud.
Yep, we do have to admit that for the last several years, the Canes have had a tendency to make our opposing, average (at best), run of the mill QB’s look like they’re Heisman material. Hope that doesn’t happen this week. The problem is, we made worse QB's look Heisman worthy before. Even in the last game, a freshman QB looked good in the first half against us.
Let's hope this trend ends soon.
Part of his plan, spend a ton and bleed us of our money. All I know is Dumbo cost Miami a pretty lengthy infomercial on college gameday.
Fixed. It was Ponder who came after Manuel.I don’t like Jimbo either but he had a run of putting QB’s into the first round with EJ Manuel, Christian Ponder and Winston. I frankly thought he made Manuel and Christian look better than they were and boosted their draft stock. Since Winston, however, things seem to have fallen off the QB cliff for him

Maybe but 3 straight 1st round picks is pretty good.Disagree. The only QB that exceeded His coRchEeng was Winston, the others looked average. And Ponder & Manuel came out in very weak QB draft classes, that can explain why they were drafted so high.

Your point about weak QB classes is enhanced by their lack of production or even longevity in the NFL. They weren't even able to become serviceable backups. But some of that also fed into the idea that Jimbo gets more out of his QB's than they really have because those guys were good in college and failed in the NFL. Maybe i bought into that.Disagree.
