Touchdown called back.....WTF why does this continue week after week???

Dumb penalties did NOT cost us this game. Horrendous play by the defense getting gashed for 280 rushing yards by backups and Cam making bad throw after bad throw cost us the game. Did penalties help? No, but that is not the reason we lost
 
Just another major problem with this team. We rank in the 90's for team penalties in FBS. Coaching!

For some stupid reason refs and replay use targeting against Miami more than any other team. There were even a few hits by GT that could have been reviewed using their idiotic criteria for targeting. I watch these games in other conferences and they let their players hit.

Miami just has to wrap up and take the ball carrier down gently

Let us not forgot the idiotic timeout Mario called literally right after the 2 minute warning. What the f*** are you doing that’s a free timeout with a little under 2 minutes to play and you still have your three how do you not know that?! They were in their own territory they weren’t going to fake the punt! Maybe I’m wrong and I missed something. This game is on the coaches and the defense

It’s pretty evident to me he saw something that he didn’t like. I was certain it was either a fake or they would flat out go for it.
GT & their coach are all ****y now but if Cam was normal Cam that punt costs them the game. We played like **** they played great and caught a lucky break to get the win.

It made zero difference. We had 1:50 and 2 TOs. Had we actually stopped them on the last drive after the turnover and forced a FG it would have mattered.

I agree with all of that. However I don’t really put this on cam. Where I thought cam was wrong was trying to get the big play when we didn’t need that at the moment. You have a little under 2 minutes with 2 timeouts should’ve been 3 timeouts to use. That’s a lot of time move the ball, get out of bounds, and use your timeouts correctly.

I agree with a lot of that. However I’m not really putting blame on cam. Where I think cam was wrong was looking for the big play when we didn’t need it at that moment. You have the ball a little under 2 minutes with 2 timeouts and should’ve been 3 timeouts. Move the ball, get out of bounds, and use your timeouts accordingly. Now I’m not a coach so maybe Mario saw something that made him use a timeout at the 2 minute warning idk but I truly believe they weren’t going for it or faking it. Overall yeah the team was bad we were out coached out played in every aspect of the game and that defense is atrocious
