Again, no problem w our recruiting on the offensive side of the ball; it’s the defensive side that I question.
The “I don’t take No For An Answer” mantra was all fake by Rumph; and to hear multiple prospective D-lineman say that they didn’t hear much from Kul b/c he “thought” they were going to another school, is alarming as ****.
You cannot be lazy on the recruiting trail. Dugans, Hartley and Brown do a great job in recognizing a prospect, staying on them, and making parents feel comfortable. I’m not hearing that on the opposite side and that goes for Diaz too.
I’m sorry, but I still can’t get over how Paul Williams convinced Tracy Howard to come to Miami during the midst of all of our crap w Shapiro, but Rumph couldn’t convince, AT LEAST Campbell, who he’s known since forever. I don’t give af what any of the “White Knight” Canes fan say, that’s alarming af! It’s going to take me a while to digest that concept.
