Unsigned...This is an easy one. Coaches better at least be calling and trying to get a visit. I totally digress if there is grade/transcript issues but I hope we are at least hitting this kid up. We recruited him in January and tried to get a visit.

This kid would solve a lot of problems at SSDE for 2 years...Battles D-Jax this year and maybe moves inside on pass downs (he's adamant about playing DE so you gonna have to offer him that), and the job is basically his in 20

Haven't been following his recruitment so I don't know. What I do know is that immediately competing for heavy snaps (DE rotation on early downs, kicked inside on 3rd-and-long?) and having a great chance to start next year with D-Jax/J-Jax gone should be compelling for a JUCO guy. Hopefully the staff is making the same point.

I'd love to hear the back story on his recruitment. Why he never ended up visiting.

I don't believe there is any reason beside money you would choose to play in Arkansas over Miami. That's not even mentioning our need at DE.

He is from SEC Country and his final teams were Arkansas, TAMU, Tenn, and Florida. Its not always about money. Some kids just are not interested in a school.
