With BYU and Colorado going down today two G5 conference champions (Boise and Army/Tulane) may take up the last 2 guaranteed Conf Champ spots.

No they don't - the rules are that the 5 highest seeded conference champions are guaranteed a spot with the top 4 having byes. It's very real possibility that the SEC/BIG/ACC get their champions in and the next 2 highest ranked conference champions come out of the Mountain West and the American.

It's a possibility, but I think ASU jumps over Tulane for beating BYU and Army is getting their doors blown in right now by ND.

Not correct. It’s just hypothetically you’d think that SEC, ACC, Ten and Twelve would command the top 4, if not be in the top five.
