I'm not being critical here, I think we agree on a lot of stuff.

But there is currently a labor shortage in this country. It's not like you can just "fire everyone in the building".

I think the smart thing for Radakovich to do is to have an all-personnel meeting in the IPF. He lays out the vision and strategy. He tells people that they can buy in, or they can cash out. They have six months to find another job if they are not 100% bought in. And he challenges EVERY EMPLOYEE to bring him a presentation of what his/her job currently does, and what he/she WANTS IT TO BE.

And if anyone says "new locker room and a couple of analysts", well then, FIRE THAT PERSON.

He will lay out his vision and get to understand his team, with what are their strengths and weaknesses. He should be able to assess relatively quickly the athlete department gaps and determine how to close in a reasonable time period. A lot of work ahead but this is exciting stuff.

And yes, the highlighted statement alone should be sufficient to terminate for cause.

Well, labor shortage aside, the reality is that there may be very capable and competent people in that building that were just being squandered because BJ offered no leadership and vision. You get a guy with vision that motivates people and you'd be surprised how well they perform.

He NEEDS to fire the medical and training staff. There was gross negligence and a complete failure to abide by the Hippocratic oath. Shameful just shameful by all accounts

Now this one, I can get behind.

Just put all the injured guys on the Metro and send them up to the Medical campus for a year, until we get some replacements hired for the Hecht.
