Dobard got hurt at the end of the SF game on a cheap shot. I do not believe he ever played again. Anyone know what the injury was?

He's been playing! He's been fine. He's just 4th team tight end right now. He'll get way more reps next year. He and Sandland

Both dobard and sandland needed this season to gain experience. Neither showed they were ready to contribute major roles to the team. The offseason should pay big dividends to both.

Yup, whole team is transferring, going to Slippery Rock to play lacrosse. And, you can keep that prediction, period! :ohlord:

Offseason should pay dividends for every player on the roster....that hasn't necessarily been the case as of late around these parts.

Dobard did not play after the USF game. Remember there is another #5 on the team. I guess no one knows the injury.

Only one #5 plays defense and I can tell him and Grace apart so anyway but like I said he's a 4th string Freshman TE. We haven't had as game to put our reserves in since USF. He's been full go in bowl practices so I would guess whatever injury you're referring to hasn't effected his reps, close games have.

He was starting on ST before he got hurt. Suddenly he does not play again after USF. He got piled on during the last kickoff of that game and was assisted to the locker room. Perhaps the staff held him out during the end of the year in hopes of a medical redshirt.
