CIS Discord would be great for gamedays. Be careful though because the interface can easily draw discussion away from the site and cost clicks. Might need to be sub-only access or locked outside of gamedays idk.

As a discord user...if you want to throttle your forum activity...yes, start a discord.

If you enjoy your forum as is and would want to promote more activity, then no, do not start a discord.

Its just another iteration of TeamSpeak, Ventrillo, Roger Wilco (yes I'm that old), of VOIP.

I think it would be a great edition to CIS.

And you can install it as an app on a smartphone as well.

I didn't know it had those features. I thought it was close to IRC or Slack.

I used it for little while for a online franchise league..it’s straight..you might as well use FB messenger. Easier to use for the old farts imo
