Do Jucos

No, they count no differently because of the fact that they are Juco, Prep, or HS. What is the determining factor is WHEN THEY ENROLL & ENTER. An EE, entering mid-year, may count against either the previous, or next class --- at the election of the institution.
Obviously, any school that did not enroll their max permitted number the previous year, would count an EE back! However, if they had enrolled (not 'signed' -- ENROLLED), the max number, or were at the 85 maximun cap, they would elect to count him against the following class.

Thanks for clearing that up. I just saw the new Figs counted againist the 2012 class.

25 can enroll for 2013-2014 school year. Kids can enroll mid year and count against previous year class as long as you were under 25 enrolled. Never can exceed 85 total ever.

We don't need to use this because we won't sign over 25. We are only 15 or so under the 85 cap unless current players leave.
