I felt certain when CMC was hired that our problems with stupid penalties and lack of discipline were over. I thought that bringing in a HC with an "alpha" personality would get things cleaned up, but somehow it feels like we are committing just as many if not more of these penalties. Upon his hiring the words discipline and accountability were commonly used on these message boards, but we are not seeing these things yet after year 3 of CMC's tenure. Does discipline take 5 or 6 years to develop? I'm curious to know whether CMC's teams at Oregon and fau were also some of the worst penalized?

I said when Manny was our coach, and people were clamoring for Mario on this board, that Manny's teams didn't commit as many penalties as Mario's teams were at Oregon. Just a fact

His teams at Oregon were highly penalized also, not sure where you got this idea Mario was disciplinarian type..
Because he ACTS tough. You know, dropping the mic, bragging about how the trajectory of his program was different than the others in the state. Only to go lose two games right after, and look like a **** fool. By the way, Florida's recruiting class has passed ours. So much for Mario's trajectory.

Not sure what you’re talking about, this team is totally disciplined. They’re always just trying to go 1-0 for the week.
