Did Nkosi know he might have to wait two years

Perry was probably mad as a mug when Sitkowski "flipped." Got to earn it for real now

Don't understand this logic. Perry has not portrayed that he comes off as somebody that's selfish or someone who's scared of competition.

I don't know the kid either. That was baseless speculation on my part, apologies. But it's easier to win a competition against a tomato can than another hyped Elite 11/All American recruit. I was putting myself in Perry's shoes. It's always easier to win by default than through the fire.

bottom line is this. Not for this defense and turnovers we would of lost 3 games. Some of the throws Malik misses are crazy. I am glad he is growing, and getting better. He has ice in his veins for sure. All I am saying his film demands an open competition. If Perry knows the playbook, and is as deadly accurate as I have heard. It will be hard to justify sitting him after a full off season.

He impressed everyone just had to fine tune his decision making and knowing the offense. If he develops into our best option in a year and puts the work in, then that is just what it is.

For N'Kosi to unseat a RS Senior incumbent starter in Rosier he better be 2010 Cam Newton at Practice. I mean God-like, undeniably ******* amazing. Rosier has won 10 games, lost zero, has us in playoff contention and has rallied the team. The chances of Rosier not being next years starter barring injury are 0.00000000001%.

Didn't know Rosier is the second coming of Aaron Rodgers.

Although Rosier is clutch, you have to admit he leaves a lot to be desired. We would be a juggernaut with more consistent qb play. I think we have an open qb competition next off-season.

I'll just put it like this though. I played RG in high school. I like my chances in a QB competition over Sitkowski. Against another stud (possibly 2 studs) he will have to really bring it.

What a dumb ******* post.

If not for their defense, Bama would have 5 losses, yet they're not complaining about the QB.

This is Miami, we expect the defense to be elite. We just need a winner at QB, whether its Dorsey, Rosier, or someone else

Your level of hostility to my opinion, comes across as really defensive, like you don't believe yourself. Totally unnecessary. I agree with your Bama point, but my comment should be concluded as one thing. May the best man win! Period. That for me means every year. I am not dogging Rosier, or this season. However if he gets beat he gets beat. His tape demands a competition. If you like Rosier then you would want him to compete period. You want people at his heels, you want the competition to produce a hunger for excellence. Nkosi came in as a highly touted prospect, if he can beat him why would you hold him back? I don't want anything to be given to anyone, I just want the best option. If that turns out be Rosier then just like this year, that is what is best. What is dumb about that?

lol that people really think that Coach Richt is going to bench Malik next year after leading us to a thus far undefeated season. Just stop it. It will be an open competition like it was with Brad last year. Barring something unforeseen, Malik will undoubtedly be the guy next year, deal with it.

There's no doubt that Nkosi has a lot of talent. Watching Rozier will pay dividends. I think CMR must give Nkosi some playing time next year to get the kid not only ready for the future but to show the kid we are serious about him. Rozier no doubt starts next year unless he goes injured.

Now talk of Jarren Williams. Seemingly a precarious situation for Nikosi.

220 posts since October and every god**** one of them has been absolutely terrible. Congrats OP!

He might have to wait even longer. Shirreffs might start as a redshirt senior. Time will tell. I have a feeling we'll be good with either of them at that point, as both of them would have been in the system a while. That will be Shirreffs 4th year with Richt, and Perry's 3rd. That's pretty sweet.

Certainly a possibility. But Evan's limitations can't be fixed by coaching. I think the 2019 contenders will be Williams, Perry, Weldon, and possibly the hopeful 5 star EE Freshman. I want 4 highly coveted guys competing and the cream to rise to the top.
