Wasn't there a supposed rumor that everyone got all bent out of shape about with the John Gruden rumors? Like he wanted Jay Gruden to be OC and named coach in waiting...not sure if any or all or somewhere in between of those Gruden rumors were true.
I guess that wouldn't have worked out too bad for us now though huh....
Although I suspect the offense that John Gruden would have been running, a boring West Coast offense, would be to offensive to our South Florida players and fans in the same way Golden's defense is offensive to the south florida players and fans in its style and not just effectiveness.
