Despite the heartbreaking defeat, Nijel Pack had an impressive game against the Arkansas Razorbacks, even though he wasn't at 100%.
Pack started a bit slow against Arkansas, but he found his rhythm after making a jump shot at the 15:00 mark in the first half. By the end of the half, he had scored 12 points on an efficient 5-of-8 shooting, including one three-pointer.
It was just another typical outing for the Indiana native, who simply can’t stop scoring.
Pack finished the game with an impressive stat line of 22 points, six rebounds, and six assists in 33 minutes of play. He shot 9 of 16 from the field, 3 of 7 from three-point range, and made 1 of 2 free throws. Scoring from jumpers, layups, and floaters, he demonstrated his versatility on the court. However, it wasn’t enough to keep Arkansas away in the final moments of the game.
Nijel Pack was named Atlantic Coast Conference Co-Player of the Week two weeks ago which was the first Hurricane to be named ACC Player of the Week since Feb. 6, 2023 when he earned the same accolade.
Pack averages a total of 15.2 points per game with 2.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game.
