Desmond is a big Miami supporter. I think he will pick us to beat Florida on Sept. 7.

Herb has been the only one or one of very few who consistently talk up miami. Kornheiser, holtz, and may seem to hate us the most in my opinion. Although herb went to ohio state, you can kind of tell he grew up watching Miami it seems.

No he actually loves the Canes. When he moved from Ohio to escape all of the nutballs he moved to Franklin, TN. I've ran into him several times & we always talk Canes football. Very down to earth & a nice guy.

Dont remember Herb doing that but i know in either 2009 or 2010 Howard picked us to play bama for the national title.

Howard did. Herbie picked us to play Notre Dame for the title in 2006. We were coming off the Peach Bowl disaster, and Herbie didn't understand why there wasn't any buzz around us. We sucked, there was a brawl, and Coker got fired.
 
Herbie picked us to make a run yeah. Just another victim of the Coker-Shannon succession of suckitude.

ESPN's college football coverage, minus grandpa and coked out rioter Mark May, is their best product bar none. Mark May's so bad that I never thought I would've been looking back at the Trev Alberts era longingly.
 
Any top 5 playmaker list without Diggs isn't a too 5 playmaker list.

Kid led the ACC in total yards last year right ahead of Duke Johnson, and didn't have a QB by years end.
