Just talked to him a few minutes ago and he told me “Like I told coach earlier I'm going to be a cane and I'm not letting nothing stop it that's why I gotta do what I gotta do”

Wish him all the best of luck in the future whether or not Miami decides to pursue him again.

He needs to start listening to his dad and stop letting his HS coaches dictate his every move. He told him they are gonna drop you if you keep playing games, told him to stay his *** of social media too. The whole thing stinks because the one person who is truly looking out for him is who he doesn't listen too. His coaches are pieces of garbage for how they are handling the kid too.

I’m not naming schools or names, but there are some coaches that are nothing but poison. The kid and his family should always come first, but there are people that use kids to further their agendas. Nothing new, of course.

Pete said on the radio that he’s in touch with the staff and the staff still wants him and understand he needs to work on his grades.

Coaches told him he wouldn't be considered until his grades are in order because they'd be wasting their time. Much like they did with Derrick Smith and as soon as he qualified he was in. Idk if staff goes back in the end due to his comments on twitter but similar scenario.

Not surprising considering he was on twitter saying he coming out with a top list of schools due to lack of communication like a month ago.

I think the kid is *** backwards. You’re are supposed to leave when the team sucks and hop aboard when we are on fire

Yes and he's backwards on the grades thing also. You commit so you can focus on your grades.

But recruiting is anything but logical.

Talented Football player with great upside, I liked his game a lot & still do.

But, he seems to be a bit of a drama queen & that usually doesn't end well with Big guys in the trenches.

Kid has been to **** near every home game this season & was still saying he wasn't getting enough love from the staff.

My guess is, he has some Gaytor loyalists Coaches in his ear at Dunbar & they've probably been spread propaganda against us, pushing him not stay committed for all this time. (That's just a guess so I could be wrong)

We should stay on him, still a long ways till 2019 NSD, but if he flips to UF let'em go... It'll save us a headache in the long run.

OR it's simple..... "someone is talking cash" trust and believe the bagmen are lurking around Miami commits and targets!!

I know it's early BUT these schools see what Miami is building in Coral Gables, SO there will be bagmen out just to try and break up what Miami is trying to build "BACK" up.. BUT I heard rumors about this kid in the past even before "the turnover chain" became the most popular thing happening to CFB.. And IF he wants out "BYE FEFE"!! Miami doesn't need any recruits hanging around bringing a negative vibe to other commits or targets..

He didn't have to de-commit because of grade issues, he's a Surge19' recruit!! Naw F'that it's more to that story, IF the kid was serious about being at Miami, then go your butt to school and learn so you can pass and qualify to attend "Turnover chain U"...

UM coaches said if he wanted to make it into UM, he needed to work on his grades .... he's not really doing that
UM coaches said they wanted to see him progress as a football player ... hasn't really happened this year
UM coaches said they were a bit concerned over some of his prima donna behaviors .... he's still being an attention *****

Add it all up? He's asked to move along by the coaches. That's it, plain and simple.

There is zero evidence he was asked to move on.

He's not some 3 star out of state guy. He's a local kid who's rated a 92 on 247 at an extremely vital position. I highly doubt the staff has asked him to move on.

LCE if you want to decommit from this squad with all this momentum.
