idk from this kids tweets it seemed like he absolutely loved Miami. Pretty strange. Oh well 2019 kid. We’ll live.

If he suddenly wants to go to Florida which I heard someone saw he was getting "pushed " towards then a big fat LOL

After watching our DLine how can you not want to be coached by Kool....our kids eat and eat often

One of our posters knows his dad. The whole thing is weird. Either way, better now than later.

Agreed. There is no direct correlation between being committed to a school and not being able to focus on school work. Sounds like a fishy excuse of wanting to go somewhere else or not being able to get in. Ill say the former is more likely simply from the fact that this staff was able to get mullins and thomas in the last 2 years, If we want you bad enough, or if you wanted in bad enough then making grades would come with that.

I'm going with the former as well given that he's in the beginning of his Junior year; he has time to turn his grades around if that is the case.

I’m just curious, what’s he been wishy washy about? I’m just curious bc I felt he was always a guy on Twitter retweeting things about the U, wishing Coach Kool happy bday etc. I didn’t think he was gonna be the ambassador but felt I’ve seen his name more than others promoting Miami
 
Talented Football player with great upside, I liked his game a lot & still do.

But, he seems to be a bit of a drama queen & that usually doesn't end well with Big guys in the trenches.

Kid has been to **** near every home game this season & was still saying he wasn't getting enough love from the staff.

My guess is, he has some Gaytor loyalists Coaches in his ear at Dunbar & they've probably been spread propaganda against us, pushing him not stay committed for all this time. (That's just a guess so I could be wrong)

We should stay on him, still a long ways till 2019 NSD, but if he flips to UF let'em go... It'll save us a headache in the long run.
 
could it be, keeping with the "earning that scholarship" that coaches told him if he wanted to have them keep a spot open he needs to keep his grades up?

Right after he committed, he said his recruitment was still open. Better that this happened now over a year from his signing day, then at the 11th hour. I'm not even mad given our current season. We'll be alright.

I have no clue what’s going on here. I talked to his pops Monday and everything was gravy. He said JR had a blast at the ND game and was all in. He even said he was trying to get other kids to commit. I know SR has been all over JR about playing games with recruiting and staying off social media. Idk man, none of this adds up.

He for sure has coaches at other schools kissing his *** and he loves the attention. I forget what school it was but they were telling him he won’t fit in, in Miami. Kid is easily influenced.
