I don't want to see him risk his paycheck, but he is a stud and if he has another strong year, he may pull in 1st round $$>
He and Shayon were the only guys consistently tackling today.

McCord and Gaines missed several tackles that kept the D on the field. There were still too many open receivers who fortunately dropped perfect passes. As someone said before, thank God it was UVA.

He will not go 1st round. Not this year or any year, because of his size. I think late 2nd/early 3rd is his draft ceiling.

But yes, I hope he comes back as well.

5th round or later.

He makes plays but there are a lot of linebackers that make plays in college football. He is a really good linebacker but he is not an elite player (watch Kuechly's highlight film for what an elite linebacker is). We really need him to stay, but a man gots to do what a man gots to do.

He is far from a stud LB...he is a good Miami LB that will and should leave...could sneak into the 3rd round...Spence was WAY better, smarter and he was a 3rd round guy...

I wish him well....we need a clean slate at LB....my guess late 4th to KC or Denver

My guess is late third round, maybe a little higher depending on his workout. The NFL is a throwing league and Perryman is not very good in coverage.

3rd round type. He will go as he has newborn and needs to take care of his family...

So I was with my sisters bf yest and I asked him if denzel stil leaving and he told me he talked to him the other day to congratulate him about his baby... he kinda needs the money but he might stay...it really depends on his draft stock

Sadly I can't see anyway he returns. Anyone who doesn't think he's our best defender are absolutely blind and don't watch the games. He's a 3rd rounder at the moment but his height kills him. Spence was a better football player but he was a 3rd round pick due to his size. I think McCarthy was slightly better but injuries dropped C-Mac.

DP will be a good LB in the pros. I don't think he will go higher than the 3rd round either but I bet he ends up very productive, if he stays healthy. A professional DC will play to his strengths and DP has a lot of them. Bright future IMO.

Go to the League..

The things holding DP back from being a DAY 1 pick are things that are out of his control. He's not going to get any taller... Get paid and take care of your family!

Denzel needs to do what is best for him and his family. No one should fault him for staying or going. Thanks for busting your *** DP!

He'll be leaving just love to see him in a cowboys jersey so I can root extra hard for him but either way more canes in the league to pull for

He was the must productive...but Howard is our best..Howard changes games.

I'd love to argue Jenkins, but his tackling and angles are just not consistent enough for me to do so. He does make plays though.

If he is sure the money is there, then go. Probably not much different if he stays another year. Third-round at best.

I think he'll realize he's not as amazing as we/he thinks when he gets his draft stock report back. If I were him though I'd roll and get all the coaching I could at the next level. The D won't be much better next season so why risk getting hurt....

**** I'd kill to have him end up in Baltimore. It's a 3-4 and I know some people have suggested he'd be better in a 4-3 look but I really think that scheme would suit him well

Agreed on Jenkins. For a kid who has barely played the position, he shows an awful lot of promise at times....but then shows his rawness. Could be a big time prospect by the time he leaves though. He's a playmaker.
