he's announcing on signing day, howver he is going to inform all the schools he's considering what his decision will be on the 1st though so they will have an opportunity to pursue backup plans and other options

My fault I misread the article, it says he will announce on the first

Offensive lineman Denver Kirkland was surprised and shock by Arkansas at the facilities. The weight room and indoor practice facility caught his eye. He said the visit helped the Hogs. Offensive line coach Sam Pittman was a guy he said you love to be around. The academic side of Arkansas impressed him and his mother. His mother was apparently very impressed with Arkansas. Will announce his decision on ESPN on signing day.
