Is Briggs considered a top tier DT?

Kul has shown to be very picky with who he recruits, maybe to a fault. How many times has a guy we were interested in visit campus and we cool off after because of body composition. It says something that Kul has been on Briggs from the beginning and hasn't let up.

He has great hands , his hands remind me of chickilos. He looks small for a Dt, also his frame doesn't look too big. I wonder if he starts out at sde , or just shirts and sits another year. Then be ready by his rs Fr/Soph year?

His film says he’s a top dlineman. Will have an impressive frame once he puts on some more weight

Nice compliment to Nesta. Hopefully this kid is bulking up and hitting the weights, he may be needed for some snaps. I’d prefer to RS him but our depth might now allow that.

He'll need a shirt. But this is the type of kid that we need to bring in. It should be down to either us or FSU. Louisville has signed about 4 DTs this cycle so I'd like to say they're out of it. We need to build up depth and make up for the last two years of grabbing 1 DT per cycle.
