Interesting to see with how many Guards we have. SG Davon Reed SR, SG Rashad Muhammad RS JR, PG Ja'Quan Newton JR, SG James Palmar JR, PG Mike Robinson SO, SG Bruce Brown FR.

He dropped 35 on Boston College earlier this season and 23 on Villanova...good shooter. Would love to have him

Would love it. Get to watch some Delaware games living in the area and this kid is **** good. Pretty much Delaware's best player as a sophomore. Would definitely be a good get.

This for two years from now, so makes sense

It doesn't UNLESS we drop Palmer. We have one more ship for the next class and the biggest priority is a Big Man.

Yep, as of right now expect that final scholarship to go to Nick Rakocevic, 6'10" PF/C from St. Joes in Illinois. He's probably the best high school senior in the state this year and we lead for him. Would be a huge get.

Why is he more qualified to step in and provide 20 MPG over Subaru, Miller or Huell?

We really need a quality eligible transfer.

Different type of player. Rakocevic is a very skilled big man who would fit nicely at the 5 with Murphy at the 4. He could also play the 4 though. As far as his game goes, he's essentially a clone of of Iowa's Jared Uthoff. Not a great individual defender, but a good shot blocker and defensive rebounder. Offensively, he is special. He can shoot the 3, score in the post, and beat big guys off the dribble. Kenny Kadji is another good comparison.

He was a 4* by pretty much every recruiting service then had a bad summer and dropped to a 3*. He's had a monster senior season though, and his recruiting is really picking up. We lead, but programs like UNC and Kansas are now recruiting him hard.

While a good grad transfer would be nice, without a doubt this kid can play right away.

We need a true big man. I would rather get someone else who can come in and play right away. Otherwise (other than Murphy) you have 4 big men, 3 true freshman and 1 sophomore. You need separation IMO.

I checked out his tape, he's skilled but will he be a good rebounder in college that's my only concern.

Sign him up. We need quality bigs in a bad way. Miller has a long ways to go in my opinion and who knows how long we'll have Huell's services.

Any news on that Turkish kid? I know there was some pro status/eligibility concerns. But man, it would be nice to plug another 7 footer in Tonye's place. Its a different team when he is in the game and not in foul trouble.

It is a no brainer with Palmer gone and if he was eligible this season. But we know he is not eligible for next season.

Even if we assume he is a quality PG when eligible, there are some things outside of his control.

1. Development of Newton as a PG, and

2. Development of the freshmen at Guard

Option A: If Newton turns out to be a legit PG and capable of putting up solid burn, Holden is less valuable when eligible.

Option B: If one of the freshman mold into a legit PG and capable of putting up solid burn, Holden is less valuable when eligible.

Option C: If both the above happen, Holden is even less valuable when eligible.

Option D: If neither Newton or a freshman can become a serviceable PG, Holden is incredibly valuable when eligible.
