LOL, Sam Munson is from Ireland and he knows more about American football than coaches over here.....he did spend one year in Minn when he was 7....
 
If only our coaches knew the secret to coaching Curtis Porter into Vince Wilfork.......shame on them!

Dang shame how they *****'d Porter's draft stock, by having him to play as 6'0 432 lbs this year... Poor kid was so out of breath, he couldnt stay in more than 2 plays in a row.

But hey...he FINNALY made it though the entire season. Good strategy Dorito!!

Ummm coulda sworn everyone passed their physicals this season...

Obviously you don't know sarcasm when you see it (6'0 432).
 
Porter played like 55 snaps against UF and never once did I see him bent over gasping the entire game. He was interviewed afterwards and was exhausted but played well.

I think next year we will see AQM and McCord take that next step. DT should be a huge issue as usual, which is good because I'm threatened by change.
 
I think universally for the scheme we want to run to work you need a beast of a NT... which we simply haven't had. I think Wyche or Valentine becomes that in a few years though.

I would like UM to revisit 2014 NT JUCO Rika Levi (he is little Heavy but good lord is he a load, he is bigger an stronger then Porter!)

I also think Coach D'Onfrio should spend the summer with in Texas with the Houston's studying under Wade Phillips, then pass through New Orleans and also make a trip up to Foxboro, MA to spend sometime with the Pat's.

Its funny how alot of other Coaches Spend the off season traveling to other places to learn from other Coaches, but you never hear about D'onofrio traveling!
