Kid is a technician catching the ball bc his dad Marko Mitchell played in the NFL for the Redskins for a season but after never caught on anywhere.

Fun fact his dad caught the only touchdown for Nevada in the 2006 MPC Computers Bowl against guess who… Miami.

I’ll never forget barelyyyyy beating Nevada that night. Larry Coker’s last game as he had already been fired after barely beating BC to make us bowl eligible. They still let him coach the bowl game if my memory is right.

His dad is the WR coach for Allen high school in Texas. Which is a great connection to have.. if he commits of course.

Here is what i hate though. Reporters telling us its election night down to the last vote to swing it. After the commit, kid says they been committed 2 weeks ago and told the staff. Like look at the Lightfoot situation,man been committed, yet supposedly it was a back and forth up to decision day.

I get it but at the same time that's their job as well to try and create hype.

Yeah I was meaning more when you go back to his highlights. Dobard has some nice tape but this kid is definitely on a higher level no doubt

we’re doing this off sophomore highlights, so we’re no doubt wildly speculating, but it’s that ‘style’ or ‘type.’ You remember this guy?



Whenever I think of oversized TEs who have good balance, this is one of the first dudes who I remember. Have no idea if Davon is this kind of athlete. Limited info at the moment.

Better this than ruining their commitment, and it harming us like everyone keeps complaining about.
This way they're able to get the views on this. Even if they know it's going our way... Saying it's a toss up doesn't really hurt much...
