Hearing his transfer to STA got blocked. He will go to Deerfield Beach or Dillard most likely.
Don't care where he goes as long as he ends up a "Cane"
I'm sure my alma mater Northeast would welcome him with open arms. We've churned out high caliber athletes like Stacey Coley, and, um, Mike Mularkey? lol

Binjimen Victor would have been another for you guys but he transferred to Coconut Creek. Northeast just had Gregory Rousseau from 2018 class as well but he left for Champagnat Catholic (he has an offer from USC).
How can a private->private transfer get blocked? That's crazy given all the other **** that goes on over there.

Had same issue at Arch last year. Kid transferred from one private school to us. He was told everything was fine at other then when told them he was transferring all of a sudden he didn't have grades and transcripts where missing. Had to sit out year.

Yea, getting rid of Bennett was a bad move.
We also produced Demetri Stewart. Can't forget about him. That was a mind boggling offer from Coker.
Shut the **** up. Coley my boy he was emotional cause all his life he was told he won't be nothing and letting his mom down. So him going to college was a emotional day for him cause he made it.

Donnell Bennett was literally fired bc Coley signed w Miami and not FSU. IIRC their principal or administrator was a FSU fan or alum or something. I've always wondered if the reason Coley was so emotional during his announcement was that Bennett told him going to Miami would mean he was most likely gone, and that Coley knew his decision was effecting a coach that he probably had a lot of affinity for. Just my 2c

The principal came to Coley's announcement all decked out in FSU gear and ended up just standing there with his **** in his hand. Bennett "steering" Coley to Miami was the main reason he was let go. The admin at NE was and is a joke. They have no interest in athletics. The football program is awful and getting worse every year. They barely had enough kids to field a varsity baseball team this year.
