NCAA — allowed others to drop bags at the same time as it prohibited Miami from doing so

Shalala — consistently underinvested in football. I doubt she would have invested appropriately even if we had fair treatment

Player Development is the biggest thing. We've consistently been in the top 3 in the acc for recruiting the last 20 years, and have had enough talent (on paper) to compete in ACC championships. Yet, we've only been there twice. Does it really take multiple top 5 classes just to make it to Charlotte?

****** administration not knowing (or caring? Maybe both?) about how to manage an athletic program, which trickles down to poor hiring decisions, poor financial management, poor talent acquisition and development, poor operations and facilities investment, etc., and everything else a D1 football program needs to succeed. But it starts at the very top, just like at a for-profit company, the C-suite and board are ultimately responsible.

- saw what Richt did in a short time with obviously really bad pending health issues
Lack of investment in the program
- lacked serious nutrition and serious S&C programs
Lack of quality evals across the position groups
- way too many times we took a Yearby and someone else a Dalvin

Hiring Larry Coker, who wasn't exactly feared by the players, lead to the drop off. While Butch Davis instilled discipline, Larry Coker did not. Everything crumbled after that.

Shannon-not good
Golden- went 9-4 at temple but somehow that qualified him to be UM's coach?wouldnt fire No D.
Richt- fell into their lap. seemed good at first, but nepotism on staff and wanted to call plays. 2017 was promising but it came crashing down. from what I remember Schiano was the guy before richt got let go by UGA
